MyVenueNow™ (MVN) is a Social Interactive Directory for both business and personal use. This site allows businesses to control the content of their own profiles to be linked to a commercial directory and interact with customers. This site also allows users to control the content of their own profiles and interact with businesses and other users.

Your use of MyVenueNow™ constitutes an acceptance of this Terms and Conditions of use Agreement.

1. Definitions

• "Peer Profile" User personal profiles set up and maintained by you.
• "Business Venue Profile" Commercial business profiles set up and maintained by a business.
• "User" anyone who accesses the site for the purpose of finding businesses and interacting with both businesses and other users through profiles.
• "You" and "Your" users of our site, business and personal.
• "MVN" MyVenueNow™ LLC
• "User Content" text, images, video, posts, and any correspondence generated by users of the site.
• "We" and "Our" MyVenueNow™ LLC
• "MVN Content" developed by MyVenueNow for the site.
• "Outside Content" Content that is generated by a third party, not MVN or users.
• "Directory" Commercial Business listing.

2. Changes to the Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement

MVN reserves the right to change this agreement at anytime. The latest version of this privacy statement will be displayed at the top left hand corner. Use of MyVenueNow™ after the new updated date will constitute acceptance of this Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement.

3. Peer Profile Eligibility Requirements

• You must be a United States resident.
• You must be at least 13 years of age.
• You must NOT be a convicted or a registered Sex offender on the National Sex Offender Registry.

4. Business Venue Profile Eligibility Requirements

• You must be a United States resident.
• Your business must be located in the United States of America.
• You must be an authorized representative of the business.
• You must NOT be a convicted or registered Sex offender on the National Sex Offender Registry.

5. Privacy

• Your privacy and safety is the most important thing to us. Please see our Privacy Statement for both "Business Venue Profiles" and "Peer Profiles".

6. Peer Profile

• A "Peer Profile" is your personal account that allows you to submit photos, videos, profile backgrounds, post text, interact with businesses, interact with other peers, find peers, write reviews, track reviews, post to chat rooms, and share business profiles.
• You must provide accurate information while creating your profile.
• You must not create duplicate profiles.
• You must not create false profiles or impersonate other people in a profile.
• You are solely responsible for the content on your profile.
• You agree to notify us of a breach of your profile by an unauthorized user.
• MVN reserves the right to discontinue your "Peer Profile" account if it deems that you violated this Terms and Conditions of use Agreement.
• You may not use the "Peer Profile" for Commercial interests.

7. Business Venue Profile

• A "Business Venue Profile" is a commercial business account that allows an authorized representative to submit photos, videos, create an owners blog, create 3 printable coupons, upload menus and images, list hours, list specials, show location, list events, and post a company description. Once the "Business Venue Profile" is created it is logged and listed in our business directory. The "Business Venue Profile" can be found in the directory for the city the business is located in and the profile can be viewed by users that can interact with the business by participating in the owners blog, writing reviews, setting the business as their "FAV" (favorite) to be viewed by their peers and sharing the "Business Venue Profile" with specific peers.
• As an authorized representative of the business you must provide accurate and complete information about the business you represent.
• You are solely responsible for the content and maintenance of the content and its accuracy on your "Business Venue Profile".
• You must keep your content up to date.

8. Paid Services Terms

• All paid service payments are final; please contact us if an error occurs.
• You are responsible for renewing your subscription; reminders will be sent via e-mail.
• We will NOT bill your credit card for automatic renewing; you must renew yourself.
• Payments are submitted online via credit card for services.
• Payments for the "City Page" advertising are submitted online and paid via credit card for the specified number of weeks needed. MVN will contact you regarding the Banner design and the specific weeks the Banner will be up on the site.

9. Content Rights on MyVenueNow™

• MVN does not claim any rights to any user content posted on the site. We will not use any content posted by users and businesses outside of the site. Your Privacy and safety are most important to us. All "Peer Profiles" are set to private and our additional Privacy controls allow you to increase privacy within your profile. You can choose to publicize your profile or sections of it by picking a unique URL web address. When you delete your profile your content is also deleted. Please see our Privacy Statement for more detail.
• MVN Content is protected by trademark, patent, copyright, trade secrets, and other laws. MVN content or logos may not be used without written consent from MyVenueNow™ LLC.
• MVN assumes no responsibility for the content of both users and businesses on "Peer Profiles" and on "Business venue Profiles".
• MVN reserves the right to delete any and all content that it deems inappropriate, offensive, illegal, or in violation of this Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement.
• Your content can be shared between your approved peers. You are responsible for who views your content. Once you delete your profile, the profile content is deleted from our site. Please be aware that your peers may still have some of your content in their possession. You are responsible for any shared content.
• If you choose to go public with all or parts of your profile you are responsible for the content you share and must still abide by this Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement.
• You are responsible for maintaining your content to be accurate, up to date, and complete.
• MVN is not responsible or liable for outside content.

10. Account Usernames and Passwords

• You are responsible for creating a unique username and password.
• You must not share or give out your password for others to use.
• You must report stolen usernames or passwords.
• You must report any misuse or unauthorized use to MyVenueNow™ by going to the "Contact Us" page on the site.

11. Suggestions and Concerns

• MVN needs your help to provide the very best service for our customers and users. Please submit any suggestions you may have. See the "Contact Us" page to send us your comments.
• If you are dissatisfied with something on the site, please see the "Contact Us" page to send us your concerns.

12. Updates and Availability

• MVN reserves the right to provide upgrades and modifications to improve the site at anytime without notice. MVN also reserves the right to terminate the site for any reason without notice or liability.

13. Posted Content/Prohibited content

• MVN has the right to limit the storage capacity of the content you post.
• MVN has the right to delete content posted for any or no reason as well as content that violates this Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement.
• You may not post content that promotes racism, bigotry, extremism, graphic violence, and hatred.
• You may not post pornography of any kind.
• You may not solicit personal information from anyone.
• You may not post content that contains nudity.
• You may not post content that violates copyright, trademark, patent and other laws.
• You may not upload viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
• You may not market any mature content without age based restrictions.
• You may not participate in distributing spam, chain letters, and unsolicited e-mail.
• You may not disclose your password or allow unauthorized representatives access to your account.
• You may not harass any other users.
• You may not post anyone elses personal information on MVN without written consent of that person.

14. MVN Directory/Business Venue Profile

• The MVN Directory is a commercial business directory that lists commercial businesses associated with the MVN categories within a city. The MVN directory lists commercial businesses that subscribe to "Priority Listing", "Business Venue Profile" listing, and the free business listing based on city and category.
• You must not create a subscription for a fictitious Commercial business.
• You must not create a free listing for a fictitious commercial business.
• You must provide complete and accurate information when creating your listing and profiles.
• You must maintain your own listing and keep it up to date.
• You must remove a free listing if the business no longer exists.
• You must report any fraudulent activity by going to the "Contact Us" page on the site.

15. Access from Mobile Devises

• MVN is not responsible for any fees associated with texting, internet access, and rates.

16. Intellectual Property Rights

• You may not infringe on any copyright, trademark, patent or any other proprietary property of any kind.
• Please report any violations to us on the "Contact Us" page of the site if you believe that your work has been copied.
• MVN will terminate any account that is proven to have infringed on your intellectual property rights.

17. Disputes

• Any disputes between users and between businesses are the sole responsibility of the parties involved. MVN may assist, but has no obligation or liability to resolve the dispute.

18. Indemnity

• You agree to indemnify MyVenueNow™ LLC, its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents harmless of any claim, including any legal fees arising out of your violation of this Terms and Conditions Agreement.
• You agree to indemnify MyVenueNow™ LLC, its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents harmless of any claim, including any legal fees arising from any lost profits or damages.
• You agree to indemnify MyVenueNow™ LLC, its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents harmless of any claim, including any legal fees arising from any content or actions of any third parties.

19. Account Termination

• MVN may terminate your account at any time, for any reason without notice and without any liability if you violate this Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement.
• MVN may terminate your account if you are suspected to be participating in any illegal activities.
• You may terminate your account at any time. Your information will be deleted from MVN at the time of your termination.
• If you terminate your "Business Venue Profile," your "Priority listing" or your "City Page" advertising banner prior to the expiration of your paid subscription you will not be qualified for a refund of any kind.
• If you let your subscription expire your account will be terminated and you must create a new account.
